Slip & Fall Accident Cases

Slip (or trip) and fall accidents can happen anywhere, at any time. Unsuspecting victims are injured every day in private homes, as well as on commercial, retail and industrial properties.

These claims – also commonly referred to as “Premise Liability” cases – usually result from some form of improper maintenance and/or repair(s) of the premises.

While many fall accidents are minor, many do unfortunately result in severe injuries, surgery, paralysis, and even death.

If you or a loved one has been injured due to a fall, you may be entitled to monetary compensation. Whether the result of a liquid spill, snow and ice accumulation, a building code violation, or some other defect, we will sue those responsible to make sure they pay for the harm they caused you and your family.
